You may use bizOS services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse our platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the bizOS platform — including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of bizOS and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Payment Terms

If you subscribe to a paid bizOS service, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, bizOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Jefferson County, Alabama.
